"Severance" was a Finalist at the 2006 American Artist Film Festival in Kansas City, Missouri! The film was selected out of over 60 entries in competition to be among 10 finalists for the $25,000 Grand Prize. More info can be found at: www.americanartistfilmfestival.com

George Thorman, the festival's Assistant Director, had this to say about "Severance":

"I cannot praise this movie enough. I laughed so hard I almost lost control of my bladder."

And here's what the Austin Chronicle thought:

"Think of 'Severance' as 'Play It Again, Sam' for the Austin tech-bust era - The result is a confident, pretty, and goofy film that... proves to be a charmer. Severance and Miller epitomize the spirit of independent Austin filmmaking, and the comedy's world premiere deserves a standing-room-only audience."
